WHERE DO YOUR STONES COME FROM?
Chaya has spent years of research finding sources that are transparent about the process of mine to finished product, ensuring that the gemstones are responsibly sourced. Many of the gemstones come right from Maine!
CAN YOU USE MY EXISTING METAL AND STONES FOR A CUSTOM PIECE?

WHAT METALS DO YOU WORK WITH?
Chaya works with 14kt and 18kt yellow, white, rose gold, platinum, palladium, sterling silver and bronze.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Since all of the jewelry is handmade, most items are made to order. If your item is not “in stock”, delivery can take up to 4 weeks. All items that are available from the in stock inventory will be delivered within 5-10 business days. Chaya strives to create thoughtfully crafted, well made products, and with this in mind shipping times are subject to change. If you require faster shipping times please contact us before making your purchase, and we will determine if a rush production fee is possible.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW JEWELRY?
All sterling silver jewelry will eventually tarnish. You can help prevent this by storing your jewelry away from moisture and direct air. In the event your piece tarnishes DO NOT use commercial jewelry cleaning solutions. Simply mix a paste of water and baking soda, and lightly scrub with a soft tooth brush, in a circular motion (toothpaste also works well). To make the finish last longer, do not wear your jewelry in water, or subject it to sunscreen, perfume, hairspray and lotions. Our gold pieces carry the luxury of not tarnishing. However, you may need to bring up the shine from time to time, or clean away lotions and the build up of day to day dirt. Use the polishing cloth provided to add a nice even polish to your piece, or the baking soda regimen to clear of dirt.
CAN YOU REPAIR MY OLD JEWELRY?

HOW DO I FIGURE OUT MY RING SIZE?
If you are not local to have Chaya assist you with a ring sizing, almost any jewelry store can help provide your ring size.
