My Money Back Guarantee applies to all returns postmarked within 14 days of invoice. Exchanges or returns do NOT apply on worn, altered, custom or engraved jewelry. Simply return the item within 14 days of invoice date in its original condition for a full refund. Items returned after 14 days can be exchanged or a merchandise credit may be issued.

Returning a Purchase

E-mail or call Chaya (207-221-6552) with all of the relevant details. Please send all returns via insured parcel post as I do not accept liability for any goods lost in transit.

Crediting Your Returns

Upon receipt, all returns will be processed within 14 working days. Any refunds due will be disbursed in the manner in which they were received.

Shipping Costs for Exchanged Jewelry

Once the product to be exchanged has been received in my studio, your new product will be shipped via USPS.  Any relevant shipping costs will be discussed during the exchange process.
